"All Clear / Slet alt" clears all. / "All Clear / Slet alt" sletter alt.
Gradient (Grade):
Inclination with the
horizontal of a road, railroad, etc., usually expressed by stating
the vertical rise or fall as a percentage of the horizontal
distance; slope. Also used about a theatre (stage) floor
which slopes (slants). The vertical rise or fall is often
stated by adding the sign "+" for rise or
"-" for fall in front of the number. /
"-" for fald.
0° or 0%:
Defined as a horizontal line. /
0° eller 0%:
Defineret som en horisontal (vandret) linie.
90° or against %
(against infinity %):
Defined as a vertical line. Vertical up is +90° = +
number of %. Vertical down is -90° = -
number of %. As it can be seen, the vertical rise or fall is often
stated by adding the sign "+" for rise or "-" for
fall in front of the number. /
90° eller imod %
(imod uendelig %):
Defineret som en vertikal (lodret) linie. Vertikal (lodret) op
er +90° = +
antal %. Vertikal (lodret) ned er -90° = -
antal %. Som det kan ses, er den vertikale (lodrette) stigning eller
fald ofte angivet ved foran tallet at tilføje fortegnet
"+" for stigning eller "-" for fald.
Degree:
Geometric the 360th part of a
complete angle or turn, often indicated by the sign°, as
45°. /
Grad:
Geometrisk den 360. del af en hel vinkel eller
omdrejning, ofte angivet med symbolet°, ligesom 45°.
New degree(s):
Geometric the 400th part
of a complete angle or turn. A »modern« measure of an
angle adjusted to the decimal system. /
Nygrad(er):
Geometrisk den 400. del af en hel vinkel eller
omdrejning. Et »moderne« vinkelmål afpasset efter
decimalsystemet.
Geographically Position:
latitude: Geographically the angular distance north
or south from the equator of a point on the earth's surface, measured
on the meridian of the point or a place or region as marked by
this distance.
longitude: Geographically the angular distance east
or west on the earth's surface, measured by the angle contained
between the meridian of a particular place and some prime meridian,
as that of Greenwich, England, and expressed either in degrees
(°), minutes ('), seconds ("), or by some corresponding
difference in time (stated in hours, time-minutes, time-seconds,
as 1 hour = 15°).
equator: The great circle of the earth, equidistant
from the North Pole and South Pole and is at right angles to the
axis of the earth.
meridian: A great circle of the earth passing
through the poles and any given point on the earth's surface
or the half of such a circle included between the poles.
